About Me:
Following a long-term interest in the ways that our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing can be affected by the food we eat, I completed a three-year course in nutritional therapy at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition from which I graduated in 2004. Prior to becoming a nutritional therapist, I completed a PhD in physiology and then worked in the healthcare industry for eight years. Through this I gained an in-depth understanding of the biochemical processes involved in our bodies' functioning and in the development of disease. I am a member of the British Association for Nutrition & Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)..

Testimonials
"They made me feel at ease. A special mention to Isobel, I had been trying to run using the "couch to 5k" programme for over a year but I kept getting calf muscle strains. She organised exercises for me and I had a course of deep tissue massages and I am now running 5k 3 times a week. You don't need to be an elite athlete to benefit from sports massage/sports therapy. Thanks Isobel. x"
