What is Aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy is a massage using a blend of essential oils, chosen personally for you. It is a gentle way of helping to restore the body and mind to a balanced healthy state. It can be a specific part of the body or a full body treatment. The oils used are 100% pure plant extract and of the highest quality from various sources around the world.
Oils are selected after your consultation and blended with a carrier oil. You will be covered with towels to keep you warm during your treatment and the oils will be gently massaged onto the body. Aromatherapy is a lightly pressured massage as the main benefit is the absorption of the therapeutic properties of the essential oils through the skin. A deeply nurturing treatment, aromatherapy is suitable for people of all ages and is beneficial for many conditions including stress related disorders.
