Qualified in Swedish Body Massage, Diploma in Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage and Sports Massage Therapies through Hopwood Hall College, Rochdale as well as qualifications in Reiki and Reflexology. I am a very sporty person and still an active rugby player which is where my interest in sports massage originates. As well as working at the centre, I also have a special interest is teaching young athletes in outreach situations the benefits of pre and post-event sports massage to enhance performance and minimise risk of injury
