Stress has many causes, from the demands of bringing up children, financial worries, pressures at work most of us will find ourselves experiencing stress at some point in our lives. Stress can take a huge toll on your health and wellbeing, with research showing that stress can leave us vulnerable to infection, high blood pressure, back pain and heart disease among others.
This workshop will help you understand more about stress, the warning signs you should be looking for and teach you how to use self hypnosis techniques to overcome the stresses in your life. Stress comes from the pressures we place upon ourselves, which means the key to overcoming it lays within each of us. Learn some simple self help techniques and start to take control.
The trainer: Our trainer Donna Craine is a fully qualified Hypnotherapist and member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis. In addition to hypnotherapy qualifications she is also trained in counselling and works as a family support worker.
£15 per person
