Sleep – We spend up to a third of our lifetime doing it and its an essential element of our overall sense of health and well-being. However, for some good quality sleep can prove elusive, with nights spent tossing and turning as the morning gets ever closer.
If you would like to improve the quality of your sleep this workshop could be for you. Learn more about the importance of sleep and discover how self hypnosis techniques may help you to overcome your sleep demons. These simple self help techniques can help to prepare you for sleep each night, and put an end to that “busy head” and restless feeling that keeps you awake.
The trainer: Our trainer Donna Craine is a fully qualified Hypnotherapist and member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis. In addition to hypnotherapy qualifications she is also trained in counselling and works as a family support worker.
