About Me:
I am qualified to practitioner level with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis (LCCH). I am a member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH) and hold full insurance.
Prior to studying with LCCH, I undertook a qualification in counselling and have also attended a number of specialist courses such as solution focused therapy, EMDR, attachment and loss, eating disorders, group work skills. This has led me to develop detailed experience in helping people experiencing depression or overcoming a loss in their life. I also have a varied understanding of working with people who have an eating disorder.
As well as my work as a hypnotherapist, I work for a charity as a family support worker. This work often involves detailed sessions around building confidence and self esteem with young people and adults. Prior to this, I developed over ten years experience in working in a therapeutic manner with young people and adults helping them overcome many issues.
Within my learning and work experience I have extensive knowledge of helping people to break unwanted habits such as: smoking, alcohol etc. I offer a confidential and professional service. Due to my work history I am able to provide a non judgementel service understanding that there are often wide reasons why people need help to make positive changes in their life.
