About me:
Having always been interested in complementary therapies, I started my first Swedish Massage Course in 2006. I am very active and interested in sports which led to the qualifications in Sports Massage and Fitness Instructing. I am therefore keen to promote a healthy lifestyle and the benefits provided at this Centre which can enhance well-being, body tone and help to improve a healthy mind. I truly believe in a holistic approach to assist with the demands of everyday life, building self confidence and esteem which facilitates the "look good feel good factor".
