As a valued customer, if you recommend a friend or relative to have a treatment with us, you will both receive £5.00 off.

Did you enjoy your last treatment? Has it made a positive improvement to your health and wellbeing? If so we’d love you to spread the word about us.

Simply complete the form below and we will send you some Recommend A Friend forms. On receipt, fill in your name and then pass on to your friends - when then book their first treatment and present the form at reception, they will automatically receive £5.00 discount at that treatment. Plus we will then send your your £5.00 voucher as a token of our appreciation.

You can also phone reception on 01457 835491 and we will post the vouchers to you. Remember, there is no limit on the number of friends you can recommend!

Recommend a Friend Terms:

  • Offer only available to existing clients who recommend a friend to have a treatment with us.
  • The person being recommended must not have had a treatment with us in the two years preceding their treatment appointment.
  • The person being recommended will receive their £5 discount off the fee at the first appointment on production of the completed Recommend A Friend form and may choose from any of the treatments on our price list.
  • The existing client will receive a £5 voucher by post within 4 weeks of their friend’s first treatment and the voucher will be valid for 6 months from date of issue and can be used against any of our list price treatments.
  • Not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
  • The Offer is not available to staff of the Body & Mind Therapy Centre Ltd.
