About me:
I am an enthusiastic Sports Therapist with a keen interest in spinal manipulation and holistic therapies. I am driven by my love of football and fitness, I have personal training knowledge and use this throughout my job role to ensure you feel relaxed, refreshed and able to go about your daily life. I play football for a ladies team and really enjoy this, I feel it helps me understand the therapy needs of others as I myself regularly require treatment.

I have a wide range of experience providing treatment to a professional sports team and individuals, of all ages and abilities. I provide treatment for chronic pain and sporting injuries as well as massage, deep tissue, cupping and joint manipulation, including spinal manipulation. I will ensure all treatment is specific and meets your needs.
