Stop The Sneeze Allergy Ease!
Published on 28th May 2020
For people who suffer from hayfever and seasonal allergies, the start of summertime heralds the beginning of months of misery. Seasonal allergies can have a severely detrimental effect on the quality of daily life, with congestion; sore watery eyes; inflamed itchy skin; swollen eyes and face and wheezy lungs.
We know first-hand just how horrible it can be to be unable to enjoy summer fun due to allergies, so we’ve come up with a moisturising cream chock full of allergy easing aromatherapy oils. Why a moisturising cream? Well, you can massage it into your face, neck, hands and arms throughout the day and at night, so that you can reap the benefits continuously. All of the ingredients necessary to make Stop The Sneeze Allergy Ease are available in our online shop.
We’ve used our gorgeous creamy avocado oil and vitamin E oil because they are light, won’t clog your pores and have natural anti-oxidant properties. The essential oils we’ve chosen are rosemary to help alleviate congestion; peppermint to open up nasal passages and relieve headaches; lavender (making a special guest appearance!) to soothe, reduce irritation and relax breathing; Tea Tree a natural choice for anti-allergy and building the immune system.
- 6 x tablespoons avocado oil
- 3 x tablespoons vitamin E oil
- 5 drops rosemary essential oil
- 5 drops peppermint essential oil
- 5 drops lavender essential oil
- 5 drops tea tree essential oil
Making this recipe is as easy as 1-2-3!!
- Mix together the avocado oil and vitamin E oil until well combined
- Add all the essential oils and stir until well mixed
- Decant into an airtight container.
The Stop The Sneeze Allergy Ease makes a very thoughtful gift. You can either make it up yourself by ordering the ingredients in our online shop and dispense it into a pretty jar to gift or give the lucky recipient the ingredients along with the link to the recipe and they can have a go themselves!
We always recommend doing a little patch test first, as you should when trying any new skincare product for the first time, particularly if you have sensitive skin. Always mix essential oils with a suitable carrier oil, never apply them directly on to skin.
