Getting Ready to Re-open!

Desperate for your next treatment? Well, we are still awaiting news from the Government as to when we are able to reopen but we anticipate it may be mid-July. As soon as we are given the go-ahead, we will be in touch with clients on our waiting list to let you know so you can arrange the treatment you have been missing the most! 

Our waiting list will include those people who had appointments booked but had to be cancelled due to our temporary closure, plus those of you who have a regular treatment. We will do our best to ensure that we contact everyone, but it would help if you could send us an email asking to be added to the waiting list. We know it is going to be extremely busy and we don't want to disappoint anyone! 

We will only be able to use 4 of our treatment rooms to ensure social distancing in the centre, and each of the rooms will have a different start time so we minimise contact between people. This means that we will have fewer appointments available and we are prioritising our loyal, existing clients. We will not be offering online bookings for the first few months so we can make sure we have availability for our regular clients.

In the meantime, we are deep cleaning the centre and putting measures into place so we are able to protect you and our staff when we are able to reopen.

As well as developing our online shop, we have been busy preparing the centre for our return. Back in the old days, when things were normal, we had to do any projects on a Sunday! Given the temporary closure, we have taken the opportunity to paint every room in the centre, had new flooring in some of our therapy rooms and also carried out an intensive deep clean.

We are nearly ready for our final PPE equipment, and then we are ready to open when it is considered safe to do so.

There will be a number of changes that we will have to introduce and these will include;

• Staggering appointment times at 15 minute intervals to make sure we limit one client in reception at one time
• Fixing appointment times to one hour only until further notice
• Face masks must be worn in the centre
• We will be cleaning the therapy rooms before and after every client, plus will be cleaning the common areas regularly throughout the day.

When we can reopen, our new opening hours will be:

Monday: 9.30 am to 8 pm
Tuesday: 9.30 am to 8 pm
Wednesday: closed
Thursday: 9.30 am to 3 pm
Friday: 9.30 am to 8 pm
Saturday: 9 am to 2 pm
