There are over 7,000 nerve endings in the feet which are connected to the entire body through the central nervous system and reflexologists believe massage of the feet (and therefore massage of the nerve endings) encourages the body's self-healing abilities.
We often have people call to book appointments who say that they have wanted to come for a massage for a while but have been too nervous to call or come in and speak to us.
