Ginger Essential Oil has a warm, spicy, aromatic fragrance and is known for it’s warming properties. Commonly used to aid digestive and help with nausea. Diffusing 2 to 3 drops of Ginger Oil in a diffuser may facilitate sleep and improve both sleep quality and general mood.
