Pine Essential Oil has a wonderful fresh, pine, evergreen aroma. It is reputed to soothe itchiness, inflammation, control perspiration, prevent fungal infections, keep minor cuts and grazes clean and slow the appearance of aging. Add a few drops to some Cinnamon, Frankincense, Nutmeg, Clove and Myrrh to invoke the scent of Christmastime in your home.
Essential oils should not be applied directly to the skin and are usually mixed with a base or carrier oil like sweet almond, grapeseed, jojoba or avocado. Add a few drops to your bath water, or you can use this oil for a pleasant fragrance in an oil burner or diffuser.
