Cancellation Policy

We appreciate as much notice as possible if you wish to cancel or change your appointment and we are happy to rearrange your appointment with a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Because we reserve a time especially for you, please contact us to make any changes 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid incurring a 50% cancellation charge. With more than 24 hours notice of cancellation, we offer clients the choice of a refund or to leave the funds on account for a rescheduled appointment. Refunds will be made immediately on request, and the process may take up to 10 days to appear in your bank.

For non-Attendance, a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.
