Experts in MSK Physiotherapy
At Body & Mind Therapy Centre, our experienced team provides evidence-based MSK Physiotherapy to help people of all ages recover from injury, reduce pain and improve their quality of life.
Our physiotherapists assess the root cause of your symptoms before creating a personalised treatment plan tailored to your individual goals. Whether you’re recovering from a sports injury, struggling with persistent back or neck pain, experiencing joint or muscle problems, or managing arthritis or post-operative rehabilitation, we’re here to support your recovery every step of the way.
Using a combination of hands-on treatment, exercise rehabilitation, movement education and long-term self-management strategies, we aim to restore movement, reduce pain and help you return to work, sport and the activities you enjoy with confidence.
Your initial MSK Physiotherapy assessment lasts 45–60 minutes, giving your physiotherapist time to understand your symptoms, medical history and recovery goals.
Following a detailed assessment, we’ll explain your diagnosis, begin treatment where appropriate and provide a personalised rehabilitation programme to support your recovery. Follow-up appointments last approximately 30 minutes and focus on progressing your treatment, improving movement and helping you achieve lasting results.
A GP or consultant referral is not required, although some private health insurance providers may request one. All of our physiotherapists are HCPC registered and members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), ensuring you receive safe, professional and evidence-based care.
MSK Physiotherapy is an evidence-based treatment designed to restore movement, reduce pain and improve your overall quality of life. Whether you’re recovering from a sports injury, managing a musculoskeletal condition or experiencing joint, muscle or mobility problems, physiotherapy can help you regain strength, confidence and independence.

- Joint mobilisation techniques
- Soft tissue mobilisation
- Sports and therapeutic massage
- Trigger point therapy
- Postural assessment and correction
- Personalised exercise rehabilitation
- Movement and mobility training
- Education to support long-term recovery
Our goal is not only to relieve your current symptoms but also to restore movement, reduce the risk of future injuries and help you return to work, sport and the activities that matter most.
