I am a HCPC registered Physiotherapist with over 4 years of experience in musculoskeletal and sports injury physiotherapy. I have experience working with a wide range of musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, sports and post-operative conditions.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from India and an MSc in Advanced Physiotherapy from the University of Salford.

My main areas of interest include musculoskeletal and sports injuries, shoulder and knee conditions, back and neck pain, joint and muscle-related pain, post-operative rehabilitation, chronic musculoskeletal conditions and movement-related problems.

My Approach:

I take a patient-centred approach to physiotherapy, focusing on understanding the underlying cause of the problem rather than simply treating the symptoms. I combine hands-on treatment with personalised exercise and rehabilitation to help clients improve their strength, mobility, movement and confidence.
