Ruth

Ruth is a Clinical Aromatherapist with a deeply rooted passion for the therapeutic power of essential oils and their ability to support wellbeing on all levels. Her work blends a refined, intuitive approach with a strong clinical foundation, allowing her to create treatments and remedies that are both deeply nurturing and carefully and scientifically considered.

With over 15 years of experience in the wellness industry, Ruth’s career has taken her across the world, where she has trained and guided therapists in luxury spa environments and holistic practices. Her international journey, including many years living and working abroad, has shaped her understanding of wellbeing as something both universal and deeply personal—an understanding that now sits at the heart of her work.

In 2023, Ruth completed her Clinical Aromatherapy Diploma with the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists, further deepening her knowledge of essential oil chemistry, safety, and their application for a wider range of physical and emotional concerns.

Alongside her private practice, Ruth volunteers as a Clinical Aromatherapist at Overgate Hospice, supporting patients and their families through cancer care. This work has gently deepened her approach, offering a profound understanding of how aromatherapy can provide comfort, emotional support, and moments of calm during some of life’s most challenging times.

Ruth’s approach is both thoughtful and collaborative. Each client is met as an individual, with time taken to understand their needs before creating bespoke blends and treatments that reflect what they need most at the time. Her intention is to offer a space where people feel held, understood, and gently supported with beautiful aromas and remedies.
