Carers Week 2016 runs from 6th – 12th June and is an annual campaign to raise awareness and highlight the challenges carers often face. It also aims to recognise the contribution carers make to families and their communities. The focus this year is on Carer Friendly Communities which recognise the needs of the individual carer whilst supporting them.
At Body & Mind we support all Tameside Carers by offering a £5 discount off any of our treatments. This discount is available all year round; simply show your Tameside Carers Centre card to our receptionist and she will be happy to apply the discount for you.
Alternatively, if you wish to show your appreciation to someone you know who is a Tameside Carer, why not buy them a gift voucher and just tell them to show their Tameside Carers Centre card when they come for a treatment and the full £5 discount will be applied.
