Testimonials

They made me feel at ease. A special mention to Isobel, I had been trying to run using the “couch to 5k” programme for over a year but I kept getting calf muscle strains. She organised exercises for me and I had a course of deep tissue massages and I am now running 5k 3 times a week. You don’t need to be an elite athlete to benefit from sports massage/sports therapy. Thanks Isobel. x
