If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we are happy to do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
In these exceptional circumstances, we have reviewed our cancellation policy as short-notice cancellations and non-attendance adversely affect our staff and business.
Late Notice Cancellations Policy (less than 24 hours)
To enable social distancing and keep you and our staff safe in the COVID-19 pandemic, we have restricted the number of treatment rooms in use to a maximum of 4 from March 2020. This means we have fewer appointments available and for same day notice of change or cancellation we are less able to fill your appointment slot and a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.
If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted us beforehand, then we will review your next booking and may ask that you make a non-refundable payment of the full treatment fee in advance of your next treatment to secure the appointment.
