Cancellation Policy

We appreciate as much notice as possible if you wish to cancel or change your appointment and we are happy to rearrange your appointment with a minimum of 24 hours notice.

For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or non-attendance on the day of appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the full treatment cost will be charged.
