Amazing place for both massage and counselling. Such a welcoming vibe and relaxed atmosphere. It’s impossible to leave without feeling utterly relaxed, whatever treatment you have! I can highly recommend Jeanette for counselling, I felt at ease from the moment I walked in and Jeanette’s approach, understanding and support made me feel like she’d known what was in my head my whole life. The techniques she taught me gave me my confidence and my life back. I always thought counselling was a last resort for those in dire need, but I was so wrong and look forward to my next mindfulness session. Thanks Body & Mind!

Just had a 60 min Sports Massage from I think her name was Charlotte, and it was brilliant feel so relaxed but at the same time energetic, thanks Charlotte.

Been in major pain with osteoarthritis of the hip for a couple of years now…been trying via Groupon different physios to try and ease the pain..came to see Piers here and since the first treatment the pain has eased significantly and would highly recommend this place.
