I am a qualified Sports Therapist with a passion for helping people overcome/prevent injuries, and manage everyday aches and pains.

My goal is to provide support for pain relief, injuries, and overall well-being through my services.

I am an HCPC-registered physiotherapist with a strong focus on musculoskeletal care. I am dedicated to helping clients regain strength, improve mobility, and manage pain effectively to enhance their overall quality of life.

I qualified as a Counsellor in 2004 and became a Registered Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy in 2013.

I am Clinical Aromatherapist with a deeply rooted passion for the therapeutic power of essential oils and their ability to support wellbeing on all levels. My work blends a refined, intuitive approach with a strong clinical foundation, allowing me to create treatments and remedies that are both deeply nurturing and carefully and scientifically considered.

I am an HCPC registered physiotherapist and am passionate about helping people recover from injury, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy.

I’ve seen first-hand the benefits of therapeutic treatments and believe treating the body and mind as a whole can bring much relief.

I am an SST registered sports therapist with over 3 years of clinical experience treating wide range of injuries, from everyday aches and pains to sports-specific issues.

I hold a degree in psychology and masters degree in forensic psychology. I am a qualified hypnotherapist and counsellor. 

Please note: This therapist treats female clients only. Specialising in women’s wellbeing, Laura provides treatments exclusively for female clients. This allows for a calm, comfortable and supportive environment where clients can fully relax and feel at ease.
