About Me:
I am a fully qualified Swedish massage therapist, and also a registered general nurse. I am excited to be working with clients at the body and mind clinic. Some of my previous work has involved looking after people with mental health and substance abuse issues, depression and anxiety, along with promoting healthy lifestyles.

I keep fit with swimming and yoga, and have an interest in anything complementary therapy related, as well as nature, green issues and the planet.

I am down to earth and friendly, with an easy going manner. My priority is to put you at ease, helping you to enjoy the benefits of massage and making you feel de-stressed and relaxed.
